However, not only ESG, AI, and the like influence the business landscape; world politics and international relations also present companies and investors with ever-new challenges, particularly in medium-sized enterprises.

In collaboration with Helbling Business Advisors, we have launched the Evolve M&A event series to foster dialogue on the topics of technology, sustainability, and international affairs. We aim to combine legal and business perspectives on the current "turning point" and delve into various focal points throughout the year.

An inaugural event on this topic will take place on March 19, 2024, focusing on ESG as a deal driver and stress test for due diligence at the ADVANT Beiten office in Munich.
