We are pleased to inform you that BEITEN BURKHARDT will hold an online event "2020 BEITEN BURKHARDT China Outbound EU Investment and M&A Forum" on Tuesday, 30 June 2020 from 2pm to 5pm (Beijing Time), 8am to 11am CEST. This Forum will analyse recent developments in outbound Chinese investments into the EU as well as recent amendments to the legislative framework for foreign direct investments with experienced professionals from the top tier German, Italian and Benelux law firms BEITEN BURKHARDT, Nctm and AKD as well as distinguished guests including speakers and representatives from national investment promotion agencies, China Desk of Hauck & Aufhäuser Privatbankiers AG, the Chinese Chamber of Commerce in Germany, the Federal Association for Economic Development and Foreign Trade, Germany Trade & Invest, the Italian Trade Agency as well as high ranking representatives of NIO and HUAWEI that will share their M&A and investment experience in the EU.

The Forum will be carried out using the web conference Tool Zoom. The working languages will be Chinese and English with a simultaneous translation channel. Participants will have the possibility to join WeChat groups dedicated to each session and ask questions or share experience.
