We would like to invite you to participate in the online seminar "Analysis of current Russian judicial practice on customs disputes", organised by ADVANT Beiten, at 25th of January 2024 from 11:00 - 12:30 (Moscow Time).

We will consider the following issues:

• whether license payments (royalties) should be included in the customs value of goods;
• whether the dividends transferred by a buyer to a seller (the parent company) should be included in the customs value of goods;
• how to determine the customs value of goods imported under contracts between related parties.
