Focus on the Whistleblower Protection Act

A webinar on the topic of the Whistleblower Protection Act will take place on 14 November.

The German Whistleblower Protection Act has already been in force since 2 July 2023. Its implementation poses particular challenges for the companies concerned. Before the fine provisions become applicable for large companies (1 December 2023) and the implementation period for medium-sized companies ends (17 December 2023), we would like to provide our contacts/clients with an overview of the required measures under the Whistleblower Protection Act as well as the data protection and labour law implications in the webinar. Afterwards, there will be an opportunity for questions and exchange.
