AIJA Seminar: Bring Business to Life: M&A and Commercial Transactions in the Life Sciences Industry

From 18 - 20 April 2024, an AIJA conference will take place in Belgrade under the theme "Bring Business to Life: M&A and Commercial Transactions in the Life Sciences Industry". 

The three-day seminar will cover aspects of mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions with a special focus on the life sciences sector. The seminar offers three tailor-made programmes for lawyers from the fields of Corporate & M&A, Healthcare and Life Sciences and T.R.A.D.E., with interdisciplinary panels to discuss the topics.
