AIJA: Beyond banking: When restructuring hits the finance

From March 14th to 16th, an AIJA event on "Beyond Banking" will take place in Rome. The joint seminar, hosted by the Banking, Finance & Capital Markets, Insolvency, and International Arbitration Commissions, will address challenges for financial institutions through alternative dispute resolutions and finance instruments. Lawyers and industry leaders will convene to discuss global perspectives, including restructuring, distressed finance, and credit funds, alongside networking opportunities and exploration of Rome's historical charm.
