Hamburg, 20 September 2023 – The international corporate law firm ADVANT Beiten strengthens its Hamburg office and wins Oliver Korte as Equity Partner. Together with Associate Helena Thiel, Mr Korte joins from SKW Schwarz as of 1 October 2023.

Oliver Korte (50) specialises in national and international commercial and distribution law. He is very experienced in drafting contracts governing the sale or purchase of goods. He has particular expertise on issues arising in connection with the termination of commercial agency or authorised dealer agreements, especially on the compensation claim and the entitlement to termination. Oliver Korte frequently represents his clients before state courts or arbitration tribunals. He also regularly acts as an arbitrator in commercial and distribution disputes. Many of his clients are active in wholesale and foreign trade, with further sector focuses in the areas of food and medical products.
