BEITEN BURKHARDT Moscow Holds "New Year’s Voyage to the Country of Animated Films" Charity Event
Moscow, 18 December 2018 – On the eve of the winter holidays the BEITEN BURKHARDT international law firm organized a charity event for the children from the Kolomna Municipal Social Rehabilitation Center.
This year we, together with the children, visited the legendary Russian animation studio Soyuzmultfilm, where we got acquainted with the wonderful world of animation in a very comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. Since its inception, the studio has produced more than 1,500 animated films in various genres, many of which have joined the front ranks of the world’s animated classics.
The magical journey started with a tour of the Soyuzmultfilm museum, where the children not only saw their favorite characters and decorations from their favorite cartoons but also learned how an animated film is born and how the heroes, decorations, and costumes are made.
After visiting the museum, the children set off for the movie theatre, where they watched the work of well-known animators. They were also the first to see some of the studio’s new animated projects. The young guests were then treated to a fascinating master class, where each of them had the chance to create their own New Year’s cartoon. The children were in for one more surprise at the end of our voyage: the animators gave each child keepsake gifts from the Soyuzmultfilm Studio.

Our thrilling journey allowed the children to become engrossed in a world of magic and fairy tale in the run-up to the New Year’s and Christmas holidays!
