At the event the participants will consider the issue of localization of production in Russia, government mechanisms to support localization such as special investment contract (SPIC), agreement on protection and promotion of investments (SZPK) and other options to investing. The event will also serve as a platform to air thoughts and ideas and to exchange experiences on localization issues. The event will be chaired by Frank Schauff, AEB CEO, and moderated by Stuart Lawson, AEB Finance and Investments Committee Chairman / AEB Board member / EY, and Sergey Krokhalev, AEB Legal Committee Chairman / Baker McKenzie.

The event is organised jointly by the AEB Finance and Investments Committee and the AEB Legal Committee and our expert Bilgeis Mamedova will take part in the panel "Special Investment Contract (SPIC) or Agreement on Protection and Promotion of Investment (SZPK): options to invest".
