Sylvia Jenoh is Partner at BEITEN BURKHARDT in Frankfurt am Main and member of the Tax practice group with a material focus on tax, financial compliance and real estate in this competence area. Her area of activity comprises corporate and international tax law, tax compliance and tax accounting law, taxation of national and international private equity and investment funds, REITs and SPACs. She particularly advises her national and international clients on the tax structuring of real estate transactions, both in the form of share deals as well as asset deals.
Sylvia Jenoh studied business economics at the Private University of Applied Sciences Northern Hesse and was publicly appointed tax advisor in Germany in 2014. Since December 2017, she has been working as Partner with BEITEN BURKHARDT.
