Peter Weck
Career
Peter Weck is Partner at BEITEN BURKHARDT's Dusseldorf office and member of the Labour & Employment Law practice group. His area of activity comprises all aspects of individual and collective labour law. He advises his national and international clients on labour law-related measures, from the hiring process to staff management and the termination of employment relationships. His tasks particularly include negotiations with works councils and trade unions as well as litigation before all labour courts.
Peter Weck studied law at Heinrich-Heine University in Dusseldorf and was admitted to the German Bar in 2000. He has been working with BEITEN BURKHARDT since 2000 and became a Partner in 2007.
