Oleg Ljaljutski is Associate at BEITEN BURKHARDT’s Moscow office and a member of the Real Estate practice group. His practice area comprises real estate and construction law. Specifically, Mr. Ljaljutski advises his national and international clients on conducting real estate transactions, including lease and purchase of land plots by owners of capital structures, performs comprehensive legal due diligence on immovable property, as well as consults on constructing commercial real estate on land plots.
Oleg Ljaljutski studied law at the Moscow State Linguistic University and from 2004 to 2005 at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz. Before joining BEITEN BURKHARDT, Mr. Ljaljutski worked as an associate at Noerr Stiefenhofer Lutz OOO and CMS International B.V. Oleg Ljaljutski has been working with BEITEN BURKHARDT since 2010.
