Maike Pflästerer is Partner at BEITEN BURKHARDT's Frankfurt office and member of the Labour & Employment Law practice group. She advises and represents companies across industries on all collective and individual labour law issues. She boasts many years of expertise in rendering legal advice on labour and employment law issues, and assisting companies with the implementation of restructurings and reorganisation measures. She further specialises in the area of insolvency labour law and the labour law consultancy on M&A transactions, including the conduct of labour due diligences.
Maike Pflästerer studied law at the University of Mannheim and was admitted to the German Bar in 2003. She has been a labour law specialist since 2008. From 2003 until 2017 she worked with the law firm hww hermann wienberg wilhelm Rechtsanwälte Wirtschaftsprüfer Steuerberater Partnerschaft, specialised in insolvency law, in the field of labour and employment law and became Partner in 2011. In 2017 she joined BEITEN BURKHARDT as Partner.
