Lutz Bachmann is Associate at BEITEN BURKHARDT's Frankfurt office and member of the practice group Banking, Finance and Capital Market Law. Additionally he is working in the competence area of Restructuring, Recapitalization and Insolvency. His area of activity comprises legal advice to and in and out-of-court representation of his national and international clients in the context of insolvency, banking and capital markets law-related issues and in commercial and corporate law matters.
Lutz Bachmann studied law and European law at Julius Maximilian University in Würzburg and was admitted to the German Bar in 2013. In 2011 he was awarded the title European lawyer at Julius Maximilian University of Würzburg. Lutz Bachmann has been working with BEITEN BURKHARDT since 2013, at first gaining experience in the practice group Corporate / M&A at the law firm's offices in Nuremberg and Munich where he advised national and international clients on all aspects of corporate and commercial law, representing their interests in and out of court, and assisting with various (cross-border) transactions within and outside bidding procedures.
