Lukas Yu is a Chinese lawyer at BEITEN BURKHARDT's Munich office and member of the China Practice. He focuses on advising Chinese companies about their market entry and business activities in Germany. Furthermore, he advises German companies on their activities in China.
In 2008, Mr. Yu received his LL.M. degree on German Law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich, Germany, and is currently doing is doctorate there. In 2009, Lukas Yu obtained his Chinese legal qualification. Before joining BEITEN BURKHARDT in 2015, he gained practical experience from the internships at various international law firms both in China and Germany.
