Lelu Li is Associate at BEITEN BURKHARDT's Berlin office and member of the Corporate / M&A practice group and the China Practice. Her area of expertise comprises Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate and Transformation Law, as well as the Group Law. She particularly advises national and international clients on transactions, restructurings as well as commercial law. Her practice also includes advising Chinese companies and investors on their market entry and business activities in Germany.
Lelu Li studied law at the Tongji University in Shanghai and Heinrich-Heine-University of Dusseldorf, Germany. During her university time and professional training, she worked at law firms in Shanghai and Frankfurt, the German Chamber of Commerce in Beijing. She was admitted to the German Bar in 2017. Before joining BEITEN BURKHARDT in 2018, she worked at a corporate boutique in Frankfurt.
