Jonathan Simon is Associate at BEITEN BURKHARDT's Dusseldorf office and member of the Tax practice group. His field of activity includes the taxation of partnerships and corporations and advising on the establishment and structuring of joint ventures as well as on the restructuring of companies, in particular also the interface to insolvency law is concerned.
Jonathan Simon studied law at the University of Rostock and subsequently completed his practical legal training in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Celle. He then worked as a legal assistant at the Leuphana University of Lüneburg at the Chair of German, European and International Private and Corporate Law and Comparative Law and at the University of Rostock at the Chair of Civil Law, German and International Business Law, Legal Theory and Legal Economics. Jonathan Simon was admitted to the German Bar in 2019 and since then has been working with BEITEN BURKHARDT.
