Guido Brucker is Partner at BEITEN BURKHARDT's Berlin office and member of the Corporate / M&A practice group. He advises national and international clients on all issues under energy and regulatory law, energy trade law and renewable energy law. He assists clients with regulatory administrative proceedings and is an experienced litigator.
Guido Brucker studied law at the University of Frankfurt am Main and, in the framework of the Master of Law and Economics, in Rotterdam, Hamburg and Madrid, obtained a Master of the Universidad Complutense de Madrid in 1998. He was admitted to the German Bar in 2001. Since 2000, Guido Brucker has been gathering experience in the energy sector, first working as legal adviser and in-house counsel at an energy supplier and then with a German transmission system operator. As of 2006, he worked as a lawyer, since 2012 as partner with Scholtka & Partner, a law firm specialised in energy law. He has been working with BEITEN BURKHARDT since 2015.
