Dr Stephen Lampert
Dr Stephen Lampert is Partner at BEITEN BURKHARDT’s Munich office and member of the Government & Public Sector practice group. His area of activity comprises procurement law, media law, as well as public business law. He particularly advises his national and international clients on administrative and tender procedures, constitutional, finance, environmental, public contract and budget law, legislation on taxes and levies, state liability, economic regulation, public private partnerships and the management of shareholdings, service concessions and state disclosure of information.
Dr Stephen Lampert studied law at the Universities of Hamburg and Speyer. He worked as a research assistant at a public law chair at Hamburg University, focusing on administrative practice law, administrative procedural law and environmental law. He is a licensed specialist for administrative law. In 1999, he began to work as a lawyer at Andersen Luther. He has been working with BEITEN BURKHARDT since 2003 and became Partner in 2008.
