Dr Sebastian Weller
Dr Sebastian Weller is Partner at BEITEN BURKHARDT's Dusseldorf office and member of the Practice Group Corporate / M&A. His area of expertise comprises corporate law / M&A as well as private equity / venture capital. He particularly advises on acquisitions, investments and restructuring matters. He assists his clients in all questions of corporate and transformation law as well as corporate compliance issues. Moreover, he advises in context with shareholder disputes as well as directors and general management advisory. Dr Weller is well experienced in the healthcare sector, where he advises his long-term national and international clients.
Dr Weller studied law at Justus-Liebig-University, Gießen, and achieved his doctorate at the University of Augsburg. He is Partner with BEITEN BURKHARDT since January 2019. From 2013 until 2018 Dr Weller was engaged with FPS law firm, Dusseldorf. Before, he worked for and did his legal clerkship with national and international law firms in Dusseldorf and in Washington, D.C.
