Dr Philipp Hohmann
Dr Philipp Hohmann is Associate at BEITEN BURKHARDT's Dusseldorf office and member of the Corporate/M&A practice group. His area of expertise comprises commercial law issues, in particular logistics projects (warehouse and transport logistics), and litigation.
Dr Philipp Hohmann studied law at Friedrich-Schiller-University of Jena. Afterwards he was a research assistant at the institute of business law and tax law at Christian-Albrechts-University of Kiel and received his doctorate from Prof. Dr Jan Lieder, LL.M. (Harvard) for a thesis on the "Assumption of Approval under Section 377 of the German Commercial Code". He completed his practical legal training at the Regional Court of Kiel. He was admitted to the German Bar in 2019. Since then he has been working with BEITEN BURKHARDT.
