Career

Dr Nicole Hirschvogel is Partner at BEITEN BURKHARDT's Munich office and member of the IP/IT/Media practice group. Her area of expertise comprises all aspects of industrial property, copyright and unfair competition. She particularly advises her national and international clients from diverse industries, especially from the media, cultural and energy sector, on questions of trademark law and unfair competition. This includes assistance in court and out of court with respect to disputes relating to the law of unfair competition as well as advice with respect to trademark applications and proceedings before the trademark offices and courts and with respect to trademark strategies, the development, protection, enforcement and defense of trademarks, registered designs and company rights.

Dr Nicole Hirschvogel studied law at the University of Munich and was admitted to the German Bar in 2009. She has been working with BEITEN BURKHARDT since 2009.
