Alexey Yavorskiy is Associate at BEITEN BURKHARDT’s St. Petersburg office and a member of the Corporate practice group. He has strong practical knowledge of Russian corporate matters, migration law and litigation. He advises clients on issues of establishing a business in the Russian Federation, acquiring shares in Russian companies and securities issues. Alexey provides legal consultancy on maintaining shareholders registers and on issues related to engaging foreign employees for work in Russia, conducting due diligence investigations, acquiring Russian enterprises, and antimonopoly matters.
Alexey Yavorskiy studied law at St. Petersburg State University (bachelor’s degree in 2007 and master’s degree in 2009). He has been working for BEITEN BURKHARDT since 2010. Alexey previously worked as a lawyer for a major law firm in St. Petersburg.
