In our series on the new procurement law we shall take the opportunity to provide you with information in eleven brief articles through getting to the heart of the most important modifications and new features of EU procurement law, which came into effect on 18 April 2016. In this last but one part we shall illustrate the first-time codification of the preconditions to be fulfilled by cooperations of public authorities that are excluded from procurement law. Furthermore we shall address the opportunities and limitations to adapt a contract after it has been awarded.
