Embracer Group’s subsidiary Koch Media has entered into a settlement with the European Commission

Frankfurt/Main, 20 January 2021 – Koch Media, a wholly owned subsidiary of Embracer Group AB (publ), has today entered into a settlement with the European Commission concerning the geo-blocking case, stated in the press release published by THQ Nordic AB (today Embracer Group AB) 2019-04-05.

The settlement concerns objections raised by the European Commission in 2019 and refers to business performed prior to 2015.

Embracer Group is amongst Europe’s largest video games companies. Koch Media is one of Europe’s largest distributors and a large publisher for video games.
