BEITEN BURKHARDT organized a business breakfast on the topic "Overview of the legal positions of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation for 2017. Impact on the daily work of corporate legal departments"

Moscow, 4 April 2018 – A business breakfast was held in the German Centre in Moscow on 4 April 2018, where Alexander Bezborodov, Nikita Rodionov, Maxim Yuzhakov and Natalia Bogdanova from BEITEN BURKHARDT spoke infront of 31 participants on the topic "Overview of the legal positions of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation for 2017. Impact on the daily work of corporate legal departments".

  • Overview of Judicial Practice on Disputes Related to Freight Carriage and Freight Forwarding Contracts, approved by the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, dated 20 December 2017;
  • Overview of the legal positions of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation for 2017:
            - disputes arising from Agreements;
            - issues of corporate law;
            - bankruptcy.

The event was followed by a lively discussion, with the speakers answering questions of interest to the guests.
