Munich, 13 June 2016 – The international commercial law firm BEITEN BURKHARDT has hired Henrik Lüthge (36), thus taking an experienced labour law specialist on board: As of now Salary Partner Henrik Lüthge reinforces the Labour & Employment practice group around the Dusseldorf Partner Christian Freiherr von Buddenbrock.

Prior to joining BEITEN BURKHARDT, Henrik Lüthge has worked with the law firm Baker & McKenzie as the sole labour law specialist at their Dusseldorf office, but he was also part of the team around Partner Dr. Burkard Göpfert at the Munich office of Baker, which focussed its activities on the nationwide restructuring business. Apart from advising on all aspects of individual and collective labour law, Henrik Lüthge focusses on the implementation of business change processes and on related corporate law issues. This comprises advice on restructurings, but also reorganisations, structural changes, M&A activities and any operational change processes.

Henrik Lüthge started his lawyer's career in 2008 in the labour law practice of Linklaters LLP in Frankfurt. He studied law at the Universities of Bayreuth and Göttingen and qualified as labour law specialist in 2012. In addition, he is lecturer for labour law and the rules of civil procedure at the Hochschule Fresenius (Private University of Applied Sciences) in Cologne.
