Frankfurt, 4 December 2015 – The international law firm BEITEN BURKHARDT has advised Frankfurter Volksbank Grundstücksverwaltungsgesellschaft on the acquisition of 152 apartments located in Frankfurt's City West. The seller is BPD Immobilienentwicklung GmbH which has thus laid the foundation for a total of 287 apartments.

The apartments are spread to two structures with four and eight-storey building sections. The second building structure comprises 135 apartments and has been purchased by Soka-Bau in Wiesbaden.
