Frankfurt am Main, 3 August 2016 – The international law firm BEITEN BURKHARDT has advised Robert Bosch GmbH on its entry into the eScooter sharing business.

The world's leading automotive supplier Bosch will, in future, also provide mobility services. Under the name "Coup" Bosch now offers a sharing service for electric scooters in Berlin through its subsidiary Coup Mobility GmbH. To start with, 200 connected eScooters will be available. It is planned to eventually expand the service to other cities.

BEITEN BURKHARDT advised Bosch in this project with respect to IT/IP and contracts, particularly regarding the dynamic development of the sharing platform.
