Toralf Baumann
Career
Toralf Baumann is Partner at BEITEN BURKHARDT's Berlin office and member of the Corporate / M&A practice group. His area of expertise comprises energy and procurement law. He advises his national and international clients from the energy industry and other industrial sectors particularly on energy law issues, including the law on concession agreements and levies, renewable energy law and legal issues surrounding heat supply. Moreover, he is an experienced litigator.
Toralf Baumann studied law at the Universities of Potsdam and Kiel, Germany and was admitted to the German Bar in 1999. Ever since he worked with law firms specialised in energy law, most recently as a partner at Scholtka & Partner. He has been working as Partner with BEITEN BURKHARDT since 2015.
