Simon Henke is Associate at BEITEN BURKHARDT's Beijing office and member of the Corporate / M&A practice group. His area of expertise comprises foreign direct investments in China and IT-law. He advises clients from various industry sectors on market entry in China, the localization of contracts and company policies.
Simon Henke studied law and Chinese Studies at the Universities of Bonn, Trier and the China University of Political Sciences and Law, Beijing, and was admitted to the German Bar in 2014. After the legal traineeship he worked at the legal department of a bank in Dusseldorf before joining BEITEN BURKHARDT Beijing in 2016.
