Sebastian Berg is Associate at BEITEN BURKHARDT's Berlin office and member of the Corporate / M&A practice group. His area of expertise comprises advice on German and European energy law, regulation law and renewable energy law. He advises his national and international clients among other things on topics such as the privileged status/treatment of energy-intensive companies or the leagl aspects of unbundling considerations.
Sebastian Berg studied law at Humboldt University Berlin and was admitted to the German Bar in 2015. Before that, he worked as legal assistant for a renowned energy law boutique for five years, lastly as lawyer. He has been working with BEITEN BURKHARDT since 2015.
