Nadine Radbruch is Partner at BEITEN BURKHARDT`s Munich office and member of the Labour & Employment Law practice group. Her area of activity comprises rendering advice on individual and collective labour law to national and international companies and representing them in court nationwide. The defence of employers against dismissal protection or other law-suits by employees (e.g. regarding pension claims, remuneration, discrimination etc.) is as much part of her area of activity as the advice on works constitution law-related matters.
Nadine Radbruch studied law at Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität of Münster and was admit-ted to the German Bar in 2011. She has been working with BEITEN BURKHARDT since 2011 and became Partner in 2019.
