Heinrich Meyer is Partner and member of the Banking/Finance & Capital Markets practice group at BEITEN BURKHARDT’s Frankfurt office. His area of activity comprises legal advice on financial aspects of restructurings, insolvency law as well as bank regulatory law. He particularly advises his national and international clients on all financing issues, security agreements, banking supervisory provisions and insolvency-related subjects including Contractual Trust Agreements.
Heinrich Meyer studied law at the Universities of Würzburg, Lausanne and Regensburg and was admitted to the German Bar in 1993. After his legal studies, from 1991 up to and including 1997, he worked at Deutsche Bank AG in the fields of financial risk management and workout. Subsequently, he joined KPMG. He has been working with BEITEN BURKHARDT since 2002 and became Partner in 2004.
