Ekaterina Teteryuk is Associate at BEITEN BURKHARDT's Moscow office and a member of the Commercial Law practice group. Her areas of expertise comprise providing advisory services on commercial law, settlement of commercial disputes, representation of her clients' interests before state courts and international commercial arbitration courts as well as advising on private international law, civil law and insolvency law. Furthermore, Ekaterina Teteryuk focuses on the assessment of legal risks when concluding of civil law agreements and the preparation of procedures for securing contractual obligations.
Ekaterina Teteryuk passed her Bachelor's degree with distinction at the Faculty of International Law of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO - University of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation) in 2013. From 2013 to 2015 she pursued her Master's degree in the specialisation International Law and European Law at the MGIMO institute where she was awarded the title of Master of Laws with additional language skills. Before joining BEITEN BURKHARDT, Ekaterina Teteryuk worked as an expert in the management for international law and cooperation at the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation. She has been working with BEITEN BURKHARDT since 2014.
