Dr Rudolf Mikus
Dr Rudolf Mikus is Partner at BEITEN BURKHARDT's Frankfurt a.M. office and member of the Tax practice group. His area of expertise comprises enterprise tax law, reorganisation tax law, investment tax law as well as international tax law. He particularly advises his national and international clients on the structuring of mergers and acquisitions, transnational fiscal facts, funds and financial products.
Dr Rudolf Mikus studied law at the Universities of Freiburg, Vancouver and Mainz (Dr. jur. 2001) and was admitted to the German Bar in 2000. He is qualified as tax advisor since 2003. He has been working with BEITEN BURKHARDT since 2006 and became Partner in 2009.
