Dr Michael Späthe
Dr Michael Späthe is Partner at BEITEN BURKHARDT‘s Berlin office and member of the Government & Public Sector practice group. His area of expertise comprises corporate law, mergers & acquisitions transactions, start-ups / venture capital as well as litigation & arbitration. He advises his national and international clients in all corporate matters, in the acquisition and sale of companies, reorganisations as well as companies and organs in connection with complex corporate law matters.
Dr Michael Späthe studied law at the Universities of Potsdam, (Dr. iur. 2014), Speyer and at the University of East Anglia (LL.M., UK). Dr Michael Späthe was admitted to the German Bar in 2010. Since then he has been working at BEITEN BURKHARDT as a lawyer - first at the Frankfurt Corporate / M&A practice group, and now at the firm's Berlin office. He became Partner in 2016.
