Dr Gesine von der Groeben
Dr Gesine von der Groeben is Partner at BEITEN BURKHARDT's Frankfurt a. M. office and member of the Corporate / M&A practice group. Her area of expertise comprises mergers and acquisitions, corporate and transformation law as well as venture capital. She particularly advises her national and international clients on transaction law issues, transformation law measures in the framework of management and supervisory board issues, shareholder disputes and corporate law measures, as well as on the drafting of contracts. She also advises start-ups, founders, venture capital and other investors.
Dr Gesine von der Groeben studied law at the University of Passau, Universitat Autónoma de Barcelona (Spain), Ruprecht-Karls-University Heidelberg and Columbia University New York (USA). She was admitted to the German Bar in 2006. Prior to joining BEITEN BURKHARDT in 2010, Dr Gesine von der Groeben has been working as lawyer at Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH and at Sibeth Partnerschaft. Since 2012 she has been a Partner at BEITEN BURKHARDT and Head of the Spanish Desk.
