Dr Christof Aha
Dr Christof Aha is Partner at BEITEN BURKHARDT in Frankfurt and a member of the Corporate / M&A practice group. He advises national and international companies on the planned arrangement, structuring and implementation of transactions in the mid and small-cap sector. He also defends the interests of his Clients in transaction-related litigation.
Following a vocational training as a banker, Dr Christof Aha studied law at the Goethe University Frankfurt (Dr jur) and was admitted to the German Bar in 1995. He has been working with BEITEN BURKHARDT as Partner since 2000.
Dr Christof Aha has qualified as Certified Private Equity Analyst (CPEA) at the TUM School of Management.
