Corinna Li is member of the Corporate/M&A practice group at the Beijing office of BEITEN BURKHARDT. She advises medium-sized enterprises as well as multi-nationals on their business activities in China. She is experienced in the corporate environment, covering foreign direct investment, corporate restructuring, employment and labour matters as well as general commercial contract matters. In addition, she advises PRC companies on their market entry and investments in Germany.
Corinna Li studied law at the China University of Political Science and Law (LL.B. 2011, LL.M. 2015) and at the University of Hamburg (LL.M. 2014). Prior to joining BEITEN BURKHARDT, she gained work experience as a lawyer for a reputable leading Chinese law firm. She has joined the Beijing office of BEITEN BURKHARDT in mid-2016.
