Christina Kamppeter
Career
Christina Kamppeter is Partner at BEITEN BURKHARDT‘s Munich office and member of the Labour & Employment Law practice group. She advises both national and international companies on all areas of individual and collective employment law, in particular on negotiations with works councils and unions. Another focus of her practice is the restructuring of companies (including staff reduction, outsourcing and transfer of business). In this connection, she advises on all related questions of works council and collective bargaining law and conducts for example the necessary negotiations on the settlement of conflicting interests and the social plan. In addition, Christina Kamppeter has particular expertise representing her clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings nationwide.
Christina Kamppeter studied law at the University of Leipzig and the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg in Breisgau and University of Glasgow, Scotland (LL.M. 2008). She was admitted to the German Bar in 2008 und is a licensed specialist for labour law. Since 2010 he has been working with BEITEN BURKHARDT.
