Christian Timm Neugebauer
Christian Timm Neugebauer is Partner at BEITEN BURKHARDT´s Munich office and member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice group. He is focusing on the in-court and out-of-court representation in corporate law, however, also complex commercial and contract law disputes. He is advising national and international clients, in particular, in actions for annulment under corporate law and disputes arising under articles of association. His activities are further concentrated on post-M&A conflicts and cross-border disputes.
Christian Timm Neugebauer studied law at the Goethe University of Frankfurt am Main and was admitted to the German bar in 2004. Prior to joining BEITEN BURKHARDT in 2015 he was working for Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and Dechert LLP in the field of litigation.
