Benjamin Knorr is Partner at BEITEN BURKHARDT's Berlin office and member of the Corporate/M&A and Tax practice groups. His area of activity includes corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, the law governing groups, transformation law as well as the related tax law issues. He advises his national and international clients in particular on corporate transactions and restructuring, especially in the healthcare sector. In addition, he specialises in commercial and corporate law issues and the associated tax implications as well as corporate succession planning.
Benjamin Knorr studied law at the Julius Maximilian University in Würzburg and initially worked in the tax department of an international auditing company. He joined BEITEN BURKHARDT in 2016 and was appointed Partner in 2020.
