Anthony Trentin is Associate at BEITEN BURKHARDT's Frankfurt office and member of the Banking/Finance & Capital Markets practice group. His area of activity comprises legal advice on financial aspects of restructurings, insolvency law as well as bank regulatory law. He particularly advises his national and international clients on all financing issues, security agreements, banking supervisory provisions and insolvency-related subjects.
Anthony Trentin studied law at the University of Konstanz, Germany, the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, the University of São Paulo, Brazil, the Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz, Germany and Nottingham Law School, United Kingdom, and was admitted to the German Bar in 2014. He began his carreer with a major international law firm in Frankfurt before joining BEITEN BURKHARDT in 2015.
