Anna Lesova
Career
Anna Lesova is working for BEITEN BURKHARDT's Moscow office and is member of the Tax practice group. She particularly advises her national and international clients on tax aspects of M&A-transactions and investments. Furthermore, she advises her clients on a broad range of Russian and international tax law matters and tax planning. Anna has an extensive experience in structuring corporate and contractual relations within Russian and international holdings.
Anna Lesova studied law at the Moscow Institute of Economics, Management and Law, and earned a Master degree (LL.M.) in taxation from the University of Cologne. Anna began her professional career in 2000 with the international law firm Haarmann Hemmelrath, where in 2004 she became head of the tax practice of the firm’s Moscow office. From 2006 to 2016 she was the senior attorney and head of the Moscow tax practice of the international law firms Dewey LeBoeuf and later Morgan Lewis. She has been working for BEITEN BURKHARDT since 2016.
