André-Michael Roth is Associate at BEITEN BURKHARDT's Frankfurt office and member of the Banking, Finance and Capital Markets practice group. His area of activity comprises legal advice on financial aspects of restructuring as well as advice on NPL transactions (distressed loan portfolios). He particularly advises national and international clients on financing issues, including insolvency law and general banking law.
André-Michael Roth studied law at Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main and was admitted to the German Bar in 2004. In 2013, he further earned an MBA (Master of Business Administration) at the European Business School (EBS) and at Durham University (UK).
For several years André-Michael Roth has worked with Commerzbank AG in Frankfurt, assisting with restructuring and recovery of international corporate clients and transaction management in respect of distressed loans and loan portfolios. Before joining Commerzbank André-Michael Roth practised worked with a medium-sized commercial law firm known for its real estate practice in Frankfurt. Since 2019, he has been working with BEITEN BURKHARDT.
