Alexander Thees is Partner at BEITEN BURKHARDT’s Dusseldorf office and member of the Tax practice group. His area of expertise comprises corporate finance, transaction support, tax advisory and audit related services. He particularly advises his national and international clients on valuation topics and business and tax related questions.
Alexander Thees studied business administration at the University of Mannheim. From October 2002 to April 2011, he worked for Haarmann Hemmelrath / Mazars Hemmelrath GmbH, for the locations Dusseldorf and New York. During that time, he was appointed as Tax Advisor in 2005 and Certifield Public Accountant( in Germany and in the USA in 2007 and 2010. He has been working with BEITEN BURKHARDT as Partner since 2011. In 2014, he was publicly appointed and sworn in as expert for business valuation by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce Dusseldorf.
