Moscow, 12 September 2017 – On 27 August 2017 Moscow was the venue for the presenta-tion of the book "Scientific and Practical Article-by-Article Commentary on Legislation on Arbitration Tribunals". The publication provides a detailed article-by-article commentary on legislation on arbitration tribunals, prepared by the Russian Arbitration Association (RAA) with the participation of Russian and international law firms, and contains an interpretation of the provisions of laws with an overview of judicial practice. Special attention is paid to the approaches applied by district commercial courts when resolving different legal situations related to the arbitration proceedings. According to the authors of the book, the Commentary will be useful for practising specialists (lawyers, judges, the arbitrators of arbitral tribunals), the management of organisations, and also the students and teachers of the law schools and law faculties of the universities.

The team of the authors of the Commentary includes lawyers from the Moscow office of BEITEN BURKHARDT: Alexander Bezborodov, Natalia Bogdanova, Sergey Morozov and Maxim Yuzhakov.
