BEITEN BURKHARDT signed a cooperation agreement with the Industry Development Fund of the Russian Federation
Falk Tischendorf, Head of BEITEN BURKHARDT’s Moscow office, signed a cooperation agreement with the Industry Development Fund of the Russian Federation. The goal of the agreement is to develop, in particular, the State Information System of Industry (GISP) created by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, as stated recently by Denis V. Manturov, the Minister of Industry and Trade (Details in the Russian article by RG.RU).
BEITEN BURKHARDT developed jointly with Russia’s Industry Development Fund a navigator for investors which will be accessible to all investors in the German language in the GISP electronic information system. In addition to general issues on accessing the market and establishing companies, and also staffing, distribution and logistics issues, the navigator for investors contains a significant amount of important information on the setup and localisation of production facilities in Russia. In addition, it sets out the specific aspects and mechanism for concluding a special investment contract, and also other options for the state support of industrial projects in Russia. The GISP information system intends to facilitate the transfer of important information on investments in Russia to foreign companies in their native languages.
The development of the navigator in the German language was initiated in a meeting between the Trade Representative of the Russian Federation in the Federal Republic of Germany Andrey O. Sobolev and Falk Tischendorf in September 2019.
