BEITEN BURKHARDT further strengthens its Hamburg office with a lateral hire
Hamburg, 28 January 2020 – The international commercial law firm BEITEN BURKHARDT strengthens its competence in the area of Corporate / M&A and further expands its still young Hamburg office: as of March this year, Dr Christian Ulrich Wolf strengthens the office in the Hanseatic city as an equity partner. Mr Wolf comes from Watson Farley & Williams where he has worked since 2008, becoming a partner in 2009.
Ulrich Wolf specialises in advising national and international companies and financial investors on company acquisitions, joint ventures, venture capital transactions as well as restructuring and reorganisations. He also advises on post M&A disputes. In addition, Ulrich Wolf has many years of industry expertise, particularly in the energy sector.
